GRAPHIC DESIGN INDUSTRY STANDARD SUBMISSIONS ONLY: Be that the contest is to portray your or your firms BEST work of the past year, central to the graphic and web design industry and the STORY behind the work. This is to contextualize either the process or the historical background of the work's subject. It is not to include videos, renderings or multimedia projects in composites or video formats.
INCLUSIONS: The contest is to promote the industry of Graphic and Web in a 2D presentation format including work that involves type, print, web user interface, ad campaigns, cover art, 3D renderings (photos of), compositions, illustrations and icons.
SUBMISSION: One Submission per Name and Email. The contest is to promote your single best work and to be submitted in a 2D format of a representation of either the original content, i.e. physical, book or object, interactive website or media. You are not uploading the physical item or a video, however gifs for supporting narratives are acceptable.
FORMAT: Submission presentation consists of (1) - 2D "flatten" jpg or png with upto (6) - additional submissions uploaded either as jpg, png or gif.
DIMENSIONS: The dimensions of image uploads sizes are not to exceed 800px in height with a minimum width of 800px. For best results sticking with 800px x 600px is preferred. You are not required to upload 6 additional pieces.
CATEGORIES: All submission are required to choose one but not exceed one industry category (1. Print, 2. Web / UI, 3. Illustration). In addition all submissions are required to choose one but not exceed one class (1. Professional, 2. Student).
PRIZES: There will be six grand prize winners selected for each category in each class. Runners up will selected per category as a unique basis. Winners will be selected by judge assessment. Winners will be chosen by July 30th.
EXCLUSIONS: Any submission is subject to deletion if validated as either unlawful, plagiarized, not acceptable to it's category or contest intent, does not follow the contest rules or is harmful to any viewers. At anytime we can remove a submission without contacting the author. Note that these are extreme cases and the likelihood of removals is rare.
